How to operate
1.Using your foot at by main unit:Press the power ON/OFF button to switch on the main unit and the unit automatically starts at level 1 intensity
2.Suggest one time per day

4.In order to adjust inensity levels, you can press the(+) button to increase or press(-) button to decrease intensity. Intensity levels range from 1 to 18
5.Press M button to switch EMS Massaging Mode LED light turns to be green from white (Tips:After changing the mode. you need to press the inch+inchbutton to start and the intensity levels starts from 0)
