How to Use
1. For better effect, you can apply the base polish first, then appy normal color polish
(black or dark color will be better, but according to the effect that you want to make), wait the polish to be half dry
(you can still feel sticky of the polish)
2. Cut a part of the sticker, then place the sticker on nails, use your finger to gently press the sticker then tear off.
You can repeat this step
3. Then apply the top coat polish.
